My kids are ages 6.5 and 4. My 6.5 year old is becoming an amazing eater. She is aware of what is healthy and what isn’t and she is experimenting more with a variety of foods. She now eats steak, burgers, prime rib, and stews. We know it is age appropriate for little kids to be more picky in those toddler years than any other age group. For my 4 year old- he is actually a decent eat. He obviously has a strong preference for sweets! Donuts are his ultimate favorite food. I try to make eating fun for my kids. I always try to give them for dinner some vegetables with their dinner ( in any form).
ThisĀ night I made heart shaped pizza paired with some raw vegetables. It was a hit!
